Delivery areas
- Perth Metro (selected suburbs). If your suburb isn’t listed/confirmed, email us and we’ll advise.
Delivery timing
- We confirm delivery/pickup time windows by email/SMS.
- Same‑day delivery is not guaranteed.
Pickup
- Pickup location and time are provided after order confirmation.
- Please bring an insulated bag/eskies for frozen items.
Frozen items
- Freeze n’ Pop cans must be stored frozen. Keep them frozen until serving.
- If you’re ordering for a gym/studio, confirm freezer space before ordering.
Failed delivery
- If we can’t reach you at delivery time, we may reschedule or convert to pickup (fees may apply).
